If your SD Card is unable to read, this could be due to a change in SD Card technology the past few years. Here are a few things you can try to fix this issue:
Change the SD Card type to FAT32
- Insert the SD Card into your Computer.
- Find the SD Card in your side panel.
- Right click the SD Card and select 'Format...'.
- In the pop up window under 'File System' make sure FAT32 is selected.
- Click start and once complete, safely eject the SD Card and try it in the EOM again.
If reformatting the SD Card to FAT32 does not fix the issue, try using a different micro SD Card.
If the different SD Card does not work, reformat that one as well. Eventually an SD Card will work. If you only have older SD Cards, it is recommended for you to purchase one made in 2025.
