EOM Acting Strange

If you believe your Edge-o-Matic 3000 is acting strange for any reason:

• Remove the SD Card.
• Power up the EOM.

• DO NOT change any settings.

   

Does the EOM act normally when applying pressure to the plug?

If Yes: A setting you have changed in the SD Card is causing the problem. 

If No: Send a video of what is occurring along with an explanation to info@maustec.io - We will help you from there.

If a setting is the problem, back up your Config File and create a new one. 

Using your old Config File as a reference to the changes made, slowly go down the list and change each setting you have previously added. 

Keep a list of how the device acted when each setting was applied. Continue doing this until the EOM acts strangely. This will pinpoint the change that is causing the issue. If you are unable to adjust that setting in a way that fixes your issue, please send this information to our email address listed above.
